The Oklahoma
Federation of Families for Youth and Children's Mental Health seeks
to end the isolation and stigma associated with emotional,
behavioral or mental disorders in children by empowering their
families and caregivers to advocate for the removal of barriers to
effective treatment and support.

Group Facilitation
Organizations often need a
little outside help. Perhaps your group needs:

insure all voices are heard

A skilled facilitator that can
keep your group on track

A structured event that helps
your group over hurdles
The kind of help requires
experienced facilitators who know how to keep a group focused and moving without
getting in the way.
Our staff has facilitated a
large variety of events for groups and organizations. These have included
retreats, planning sessions, team building events, conflict resolution events,
brainstorming sessions, and more. Some have lasted an hour or less.
Others have been stretched out over several sessions.
Our goal is to help you meet
your goals. We will take the time to hear your specific needs, clarify
those goals, then design and lead an event especially for you.

What should I do if my
organization, group, or staff needs an outside facilitator.
It's as easy as giving us a
call or sending an email. Let us know of your need. We'll
listen to your needs, work out a plan with you, and tailor our services
to meet your needs.

Do you charge for these services?
Yes and no. Our
contract with the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance
Abuse Services allows us to offer our group facilitation services to
Oklahoma Systems of Care sites for free. If your organization or
group is not connected with these Systems of Care sites, contact us to
discuss our reasonable fees.
